Terms and Conditions - Tuoriniemi.fi E-commerce User Agreement
Parties to the Agreement
This agreement contains the terms and conditions for the use of the tuoriniemi.fi online service (Service) maintained by Tuoriniemi Dream Oy (Service Provider). By using the Service, purchasing products from the Service or registering for the Service, the User accepts the terms of this agreement and agrees to be bound by these terms.

1.1. The Service is intended for private consumers.
1.2. Companies may also use the Service. The right of return under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to corporate customers.
1.3. All rights to the content of the Service belong to the Service Provider.
2.1. The User can register as a user of the Service by filling in the registration form and selecting a user name and password. The user can also order products without registering.
2.2. By ordering products, you represent and warrant that you have read, accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.3. Registration is free of charge.
User's responsibilities and responsibilities
The user is responsible for all orders placed with his/her username and password. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her user name and password.
Collection and use of personal data
3.1. The Service Provider is responsible for the proper processing of the information provided by the user and for maintaining the user's privacy. The information provided by the user is stored in the service provider's customer register. The user's first name, last name, street address, city, country, e-mail address and telephone number are required to complete the order.
3.2. The Service Provider does not disclose the personal data it collects to third parties.
3.3. The data in the customer register can only be used for electronic direct marketing if the User has given his or her consent.
3.4. The Service Provider reserves the right to make information about the User available to the authorities if the User has acted in violation of the law and good practice.
3.5. The User has the right to inspect, change or delete data concerning him or her from the customer register.
4.1. When ordering from a service, a binding trade agreement is created when the Service Provider sends an order confirmation to the User confirming the availability and delivery time of the product.
4.2. The Service Provider has the right to cancel the subscription or to deliver it in sheds in the event of balance or technical errors.
4.3. The Service Provider reserves the right not to accept the order. This may be due to e.g. technical error in the service.
5.1. The price of the Product is the price shown at the time of ordering on the Service page after the final discounts.
5.2. Shipping costs will be added to the price. The fee is subscription-specific unless otherwise stated. The current delivery fee will be shown in the Service before the order is placed.
5.3. In the Service, prices and transport costs are reported to the User in EUR.
5.4. When selling and transporting products to EU countries, the prices indicated in the EU include VAT in accordance with Finnish legislation.
6.1 Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) is the provider and payment service provider of the payment intermediation service in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc appears as the payee on a bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is licensed by the payment institution. In case of a complaint, please contact the supplier of the product first.

7.1. The Service Provider delivers the products it sells through Posti, using the SmartPost service. Overseas products are shipped with Fedex Priority transportation.
7.2. Transport costs are added to the price of the order. The transport costs for each order are shown in the Shopping Cart section of the Service.
7.3. Delivery times for products are determined by product. Delivery time depends on product availability and destination of shipment. The current delivery methods are shown in the Service at any given time.
7.4. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delays caused by force majeure or any indirect damage caused by delayed delivery.
7.5. The Service Provider reserves the right to deliver the ordered products in different shipments.
7.6. If the shipment is too large for the Posti parcel vending machine or the vending machine is full, the shipment will be delivered to Posti, which is closest to the automatic.
7.7. The Service Provider is responsible for the loss or breakage of the product during transport.
7.8. Free shipping to a city or parcel vending machine for orders exceeding €120.
8.1. The consumer has the right to cancel his/her order in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act by notifying the Service Provider within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been modified according to the Consumer's wishes.
8.2. The return shall be subject to the condition that:
- The order has been cancelled in accordance with the terms of sale by notifying the Service Provider no later than 14 days after receipt of the product
- The product is unused
- The product is in the condition in which it was received by the buyer and all the parts of the product are
- The product is packed in the original packaging.
8.3. The product must be returned immediately after the order has been cancelled.
8.4. The User is responsible for any damage to the products during transport.
8.5. Order products manufactured in accordance with the consumer's wishes cannot be returned or exchanged as they are manufactured upon receipt of each order. Please contact us [email protected] if you have any questions.
8.6. If, for any reason, the User/Recipient of the Service refuses to accept the ordered products and returns them to the Service Provider, all costs of recovery will be deducted from the total amount credited to the User for the returned products.
Changes to the Service and this Agreement.
The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Service, terms and conditions and this User Agreement at any time.
Trade covers in the event of a return
If the order has been given commercial stakers and the customer returns the products without defects so that the original terms of the store cover (e.g. minimum order amount) are no longer realised after the return, the product obtained as a trade dispute must be returned with the products. If the store cover is not returned, its price will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
The free trade cover will not be credited in the event of a return of the trade product.
Any dispute with respect to this Agreement which cannot be settled by negotiation shall be settled in the District Court of Turku in accordance with Finnish law.
